Elizabeth has made Victoria, Canada her home for the past sixteen years. She has participated in a number of solo shows and a variety of group exhibitions in Victoria, Vancouver, Montreal and South Africa. While her practice is predominantly painting, her work has also been included in several printmaking and sculpture exhibitions.

  

Elizabeth was born in Johannesburg, South Africa, and has a masters degree in Art Education from the University of Victoria (UVic).

  • Honours Degree in Fine Art with Distinction at the University of South Africa, majoring in Printmaking and Drawing (1997),
  • Diploma in Computer Graphics and Animation from Damelin College South Africa (1997),
  • Graduated from the Johannesburg School of Art, Balllet, Music and Drama. Specialized in both Painting and Sculpture (1992)

  • Sidney Juried Art Show 2011 – Best Work on Canvas (Three Things You Need Know – Painting), 2000 - Jurors awards for both her entries. (Untitled - Silkscreen, Untitled (3 Pigs) - Painting)
  • Sooke Fine Art Show 2001- Jurors Award (Teaching Joshua about Joshua — Painting)
